Great vet, affordable, treated our cat Raven wonderfully. Great follow up care.

Very happy with the friendly service from this store. Bought sashas blend for one of our aging dogs for joint improvement. They matched an online store cost that was less than their store cost. Plenty of parking close to the entrance, easy access into the store with trolleys or baskets on entry. Good rewards programme and dogs on lead are welcome.

FANTASTIC SERVICE been a long time that I have gone into a retail store and a staff member has asked if I need help. And even offered to take our products to our car. We'll done .

Very impressed by the care and efficiency of Dr Ivan and the vet nurses. Ivan was very thorough and gave great advice and recommendations for my dog's condition, and I felt comfortable proceeding with the surgery at a specialist vet hospital that he suggested. My dog is very timid and anxious, and all staff handled her kindly and compassionately, and I'm very grateful. Thank you.

I hate this pet shop, the owner is rude and unwelcoming and is uneasy to be around, everything is overpriced and the small animals are riddled with mites (that the owner denies even though it is obvious). The pups cramped with no water and I have seen more than a few with problems, such as our own dog whom I suspect came from a puppy mill. She has poor eye problems and skin conditions. I do not recommend buying puppies from pet shops but certainly do not buy from here, have notified authorities of the conditions of this shop and animals as it does not feel right.

When my cat came in it looked like he had potentially been hit by a car or attacked by a dog. I called them up & whilst they didn't really have capacity to take on any more patients that day, they got him in. I fully appreciate that they kept me completely informed about his treatment, available options & cost of treatment. The practice also accepts gap payments for pet insurance & will process the difference directly with your insurer. Most important of all however, is they all cared!

Emma, the manageress of Osborne Park outlet was SO helpful and kind! She is a credit to the company and certainly understands the meaning of Service Excellence! Time for a pay rise perhaps?! Thank you Em!

This is my pet regular pet store. I breed finches and have a hand reared kakariki. I get my products from here and always love visiting the store with my daughter . The staff are always helpful and friendly and I like how Pet City members get a slightly cheaper price on products. You can also bath your dogs here. Thumbs up!

Coles, Woolworth and Aldi are all there, but the issue is they are in two separate buildings, and to get from one building to another, you need go through the car park. Subway and other store are sort hidden behind the buildings. If you are foody person, this shopping centre wouldn't be really appealing to you as well. But there is barbershop, bakery etc.
