I hate this pet shop, the owner is rude and unwelcoming and is uneasy to be around, everything is overpriced and the small animals are riddled with mites (that the owner denies even though it is obvious). The pups cramped with no water and I have seen more than a few with problems, such as our own dog whom I suspect came from a puppy mill. She has poor eye problems and skin conditions. I do not recommend buying puppies from pet shops but certainly do not buy from here, have notified authorities of the conditions of this shop and animals as it does not feel right.

Owners were VERY HELPFUL and would recommend tue Pet Shop to anyone! Animals were all well kept and cages clean. Amazing service from the owners and they were full if insight with no reservations on time to help us out with our queries. THUMBS UP FROM US!!!!

The young girl at the shop has helped me so many times as we have Guineapigs and now fish. Every time we go to this shop she can't help us enough. Her experience with the types off fish is amazing. Plus the wanneroo shop and staff are so helpful and just really nice. Thanks again for everything Angie x

Horrible place and feel so bad for the animals that are in here. The fact that they can still sell puppies is unbelievable. Having dogs in bad conditions and in tiny glass squares when they should have fresh air and room. Please don’t ever buy from here. Adopt don’t shop.

Got our first puppy here. Extremely helpful and friendly owner who seems very experienced and really gave us the time of day in giving all the advice and information we needed in regards to taking care of a puppy for the first time and how to train the puppy. We have got a beautiful, healthy and very well looked after puppy from this store. Extremely happy with the service we received.

Highly recommend this pet shop for getting a puppy. I will only get a puppy”S from here, I have now purchased x2 beaglers in the last 13 years . I can see a lot of negative comments but I have to say I have never experienced one bad time at this pet shop the owner and staff have all been amazing.
