Store owner recommended a great product - CSI Urine, to help when my dog refused to do her business outside, in the rain. It completely removed the smell and re visits to the same spot indoors. Worked a treat!

Very impressed with the level of customer service provided by Purfect Pet Care, especially in advising longer than expected lead times after ordering a product online. They did not need to do this, and most stores would just ship when the item comes in rather than advise it will be delayed. Thank you, and will shop here again.

I have been visiting this shop since it opened. There is a poor quality choice of food for cats. No product knowledge, always saying they will bring in new stock never do and not very friendly at all its almost impossible to get the man to look up from his phone or offer any help. This shop could be amazing if the above was addressed as there is no pet shops in the city.
