4 Paws Pet Shop

My daughter and I got our little Rocky today from 4 Paws.It was a very emotional day and the staff were amazing.The customer service was brilliant and how that sat us down and spoke to us about all his needs and requirements.We just love him and I can’t thank them enough

this is such a great petshop. helena the owner is so good with all her pets. she had even puppy trained them and what a huge help that has been, puppy still goes on her pads at night :) it was a rainy day when helena drove me and puppy home out of her way. she also gave me food,toys, everything a puppy could want. my pup is so well ajusted and just a little spoilt and we love her,,helena the owner even paid for shots after i had taken her home. so generous and kind ,thanks helena for everything...i bought a bichon frise x toy poodle female, she was a well loved puppy from a family that breeds,,,,definatly NO puppy farms here. clean, large pens, lots well fed dogs toohere is tinkerbell today, she is grubby as he loves the outdoors now

We got a Maltese Shih Tzu cross from Ms Helena a year ago and are grateful for her help and suggestions both when choosing the dog for our family (with two young children) and then working with us to export it to our home country where it is hard to find good dogs.The dog is super healthy and vibrant. Skin problems are an issue where we live. Thankfully, there have been none in the dog's first year. By the time we got the dog, Helena had him pretty well along his way in terms of paper and general manners training -- an added bonus.Thank you Helena! 7/11/19After reading reviews of quality of puppies I decided to go here for a hopeful end of my puppy search. The website seemed very helpful although there were quite a few negative comments about staff and customer service.The price was quite dear but hopeful that I was getting quality, I chose that I would buy my Lhasa Apso x Maltese puppies from here. Upon arrival the puppies were playing and having fun with one staff member in store.There was no name tag so I don’t know this staff members name but all I can say is that she was plain rude and blunt. Felt like she was getting annoyed at me asking questions about puppies and kept saying “i don’t know, owners not here” several times. I did not feel comfortable at all asking anything more as all I was getting was “I’m not sure” “owners not here”. Isn’t she working there?When I mentioned the website and asked some more questions she proceeded to say “well it says on the website”. She didn’t even ask if I wanted to buy a puppy. Basically this lady kept saying owners not here and she doesn’t know, I went in there full intention to buy a puppy that I wanted and returned empty handed because of the service. I was too nervous to say I would like a puppy incase she’s say I can’t have it because owners not here or she doesn’t know the process! Just hope the puppies aren’t getting this negativity. Maybe hire more helpful and friendly/approachable staff who can handle the shop during owners absence.I think people would buy no matter what price if you have staff that know to communicate customers, really big let down especially when you’re going to bring home a pet.The reviews are correct though, horrible customer service and staff.

Owner is very caring with all her animals. We purchased the love or lives, the light in our family..... we were very happy with the owner taking such good care of us and our puppy at all times.... Thank you, please come and check out the puppies!!!

I could not be any happier that we decided to purchase our beautiful Ragdoll kitten through 4 Paws Pet Shop.Helena the breeder is so so lovely, her kittens and cats are raised in a very loving home. She gave us all the important documentation to ensure that the kitten comes from strong, healthy breeding lines which was very important to us as a buyer and we were able to get a vet check and final vaccination paid for once we brought the kitten home. She was also very supportive if we had to call after for anything at all. I highly recommend going through 4 paws. Helena and Larry are just wondering!!!
